2.1 www.woodstockcricket.co.uk aims to process all orders within 5 working days of receiving payment. Should there be any delay we shall contact you via email.
2.2 All orders are shipped from the UK and relevant shipping charges are advertised on our site, which are accepted once an order is made.
2.3 All payments are verified against the address in which the debit/credit card is registered to. All orders are dispatched to the address provided in the optional address delivery field. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct at time of order.
2.4 If you are purchasing goods from Woodstock Cricket Company from outside of the UK, please note that you may be liable for further import costs.
3.1 Returns Policy & Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. 3.2 In the unlikely event that an order is sent to you in error, woodstockcricket.co.uk will cover the cost of rectifying the error.
